About Us

Who We Are
Gnalla Resources was founded with a clear vision: to set new standards in labour and construction services across Australia. As managing directors, Densil Ugle and Kayne Buik have built Gnalla Resources on a foundation of integrity, expertise, and community impact. Unlike many labour solutions companies, we don’t believe in simply filling roles with temporary or unqualified staff. Instead, we prioritise retaining skilled professionals who align with our commitment to quality and safety, ensuring the highest standards on every project.
Our approach is simple—happy, well-supported staff create successful projects. By fostering a culture that values and invests in our employees, we ensure that everyone at Gnalla Resources benefits, from our team members to our clients.
Our proudly Indigenous-owned business also invests 5% of earnings into upskilling Indigenous talent, helping to build a more inclusive and diverse workforce in the industry. We are committed to delivering outstanding results in civil, electrical, and labour hire services, always with a focus on making a positive impact. At Gnalla Resources, we know that our people are our strength—and together, we’re shaping the future of Australia’s labour and construction landscape.

Our Commitment to Indigenous Communities:
Pre-Groundbreaking Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremonies:
We honour the traditional custodians of the land by offering pre-groundbreaking Welcome to Country and smoking ceremonies for our clients. This practice acknowledges the cultural significance of the land and fosters respect and understanding.
Indigenous Pathways for Upskill and Mentoring:
For every dollar we earn from our clients, five cents is directly invested into our indigenous pathway’s programs. These programs focus on upskilling and mentoring indigenous individuals, providing them with opportunities for growth and development within the industry.
Business Network of Indigenous Companies:
We actively utilise a network of indigenous-owned businesses for our ongoing awarded projects. This approach allows us to extend our reach and impact within the community, supporting the growth of indigenous enterprises.
First Preference to Local Indigenous Subcontractors:
We prioritise giving first preference to local indigenous subcontractors for our projects. This commitment ensures that our work benefits the communities we operate in, promoting local employment and economic development.
Mandatory Cultural Awareness Training:
We require all new employees to undergo mandatory cultural awareness training before starting with our company. This training fosters an inclusive and respectful workplace culture, ensuring that all team members understand and value indigenous heritage and practices.
